I have been working part time as a shop girl at Preloved for over a year now to help fund my own fashion design ventures...
they make clothing out of fabrics from recycled clothing... they have rescued over 60, 000 sweaters from ending up in land fills.
I love seeing the new seasons and what original details from the original garment they will keep in the new designs and what they will come next. My closet is slowly getting taken over by pieces from their lines... but I fell in love for real real yesterday when we got in a new sneak peak item for Spring 2009 ! Kiki is a princess dress as far as I am concerned, made from vintage curtains and men's wool pants ! I am in love with Kiki.
